Confirmed: Two Ghanaian players signs for Mauritanian club

Sekondi Hsaacas
Mauritania Ligue 1 side ASC Nasr Zem Zem have secured the signatures of former Sekondi Hasaacas duo Tennyson Opoku and Nana Awortwe on a a year deal.

The two had been on trials with the Nouakchott-based side and their performances impressed the 2013 president cup winners, securing themselves a one-year contract each.
A third player, Roger Lamptey, who failed to secure a deal with the same club confirmed on Takoradi-based Aseda Fm.
“I couldn’t get a deal for myself because I was told the team only needed one midfielder and a defender so I had no chance of joining them”, Roger Lamptey disclaimed
“But Tennyson (Opoku) and Nana Awortwe have all signed for the club (ASC Zem Zem) and have joined the team for the second round of the league”, he added.
