Manchester United winger Memphis Depay flew back home to the Netherlands for extravagant birthday celebrations after his side's shock defeat to Sunderland on Saturday.
In a video posted to Instagram, Depay is pictured dancing in a Rotterdam club as a giant cake approaches to mark his 22nd birthday, just hours after his side lost in the North East.
Depay, who has fallen out of favour under Louis van Gaal since Christmas, came on for Jesse Lingard in the 22nd minute of the encounter at the Stadium of Light.
